Mary Hondl

CEO

Mary Hondl is the Chief Executive Officer of RDR and has been a leader in our organization since 2001. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from St. Scholastica and an Executive Masters of Business Degree from the University of St. Thomas. With 20+ years of experience in healthcare administration, she has been invaluable to the company’s growth and financial management.

Cassie Fisher

Director of IT & Billing Systems

Cassie Fisher joined RDR’s leadership team in 2018. Cassie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Moorhead State University. Cassie brings over ten years of medical management to RDR. As Director of IT & Billing Systems, Cassie provides vital knowledge and expertise critical to the operational success of our organization.

Mark Laliberte

Executive Director

Mark Laliberte joined RDR’s leadership team in 2021. Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Masters of Business Degree, both from the University of St. Thomas. Mark is a former government affairs and health policy professional with experience that also includes the clinical and business practices of care providers, payers and clinical research study partners.
